The dissemination will be made through...

A specific section will be dedicated to a permanent blog where students will continue the discussion on the responsible citizenship under selected monthly topics. The website will be linked to the project’s partners and will be registered in the main search engines

- Creation of a specific access point in the seat of each partner, where the “Charter” will be available to the public
- Distribution of the Charter and of the DVD to the main educational and recreational sites (Universities, schools, sport centres, European associations, etc.) around Europe. A small summary of the document will be distributed also to an enlarged number of organisations through a mailing list.

The internal newsletters of the partners will publish a short report of the project - Contacts with journalists in each country through the own initiative of students and press agencies
Press releases sent to the major newspapers and specialised magazines - Preparation of a press file in English, French and Italian.
The follow-up will be also ensured, by keeping durable spaces of discussion on the responsible citizenship:
- Creation of one blog inside the project web site
- Creation of open groups of discussion in the major social networks (Facebook, etc.)
- Enlargement of the network’s discussion through channelling the Charter among the members of EUCA (195 colleges and 55.000 students in Europe) to foster discussions and the transmission of the principles.
Evaluation
The result of the project and its immdiate impact on the target groups will be assessed through a questionnaire
distributed to the participants to the events with questions related to the active and responsible citizenship and to its
components discussed in the project.
Two different questionnaires will be distributed: one before the event and one after the event. In this way, a
benchmarking of the state of knowledge of each single participant will be made and it will be possible to verify its
effective increased knowledge and feeling on what the European citizenship implies. At the end of the project, an
evaluation report will be prepared, discussed and attached to the project final report.
Another tool for measuring the impact will be a multiple choice questionnaire accessible on the homepage of the website, that will allow a wider survey and assessment towards the public logging in.
If one or more of the three available types of communication tools are to be used in the project, please indicate how each one is to be produced, describing content, format, the amount to be produced and how they will be distributed:
1 Publication: The publication will concern the “Charter of European responsible citizenship”, which will collect the findings of the surveys and discussions carried out during the project. - Cultural diversity, immigration and solidarity
- Basic values (with a particular attention on those transmitted and created by the media)
- Democracy and civic participation, including overview on the European Parliament elections

A transversal section will concern the responsible use of new medias to communicate the Charter itself.
The document will be published in English and French and will be in paperback format (500 copies). An
electronic version will be uploaded on the project’s website. The Charter will be distributed to the main
educational and recreational sites (Universities, schools, sport centres, European associations, etc.) around
