• Supporting transnational pilot projects that demonstrate waste-to-resource technologies – turning side streams from the fisheries sector into new products (biostimlants for agriculture, chitosan and animal feed)
  • Encouraging SMEs to adopt green supply chain practices for better resource use and sustainable raw materials (biostimulants, chitosan), improving resilience and reducing environmental impact while engaging citizens, CSOs, fish farms, and authorities via events, workshops, training, and MoUs
  • The implementation of 7 small-scale pilot production facilities (one per partner) which uses side streams from real local industries to produce resource efficient products. At least 12 farmers (biostimulants) and 10 fisheries firms (chitosan, fish meal) are directly involved in the Pilots
  • The green supply chain management practices will be transferred to local industry. A technology transfer campaign will be conducted in each PC with training events, 6 workshops, a cross-border incubation experience for 12 SMEs and a Mediterranean Sea Cluster created
