- To develop and pilot a replicable work-based learning (WBL) pathway for vocational training in olive-growing systems, aimed at equipping learners with job-ready green and practical skills for sustainable and climate-adapted olive farming and basic olive value-chain operations
- To strengthen the capacity of VET providers, trainers and tutors to deliver practical and work-oriented training in the olive sector through the development of a modular curriculum, microlearning resources, field task cards, safety and climate-adaptation protocols, and competence-based assessment tools
- To validate and improve the training model through national pilot activities, train-the-trainers activities and a 3-day Harvest Learning Lab in Azuebar, while promoting the replicability and adoption of the developed resources by other VET providers
- An operational and replicable work-based learning model for olive-growing training, including a mapping of professional activities and tasks and related field task cards, complemented by safety, sustainability and climate-adaptation protocols
- A 5-module VET curriculum, including microlearning resources, tutor and trainer guidance, assessment rubrics and learner portfolios, aimed at developing and assessing green and job-related competences
- Trainers and tutors trained through train-the-trainers activities, with the model and materials tested through national pilots and a 3-day Harvest Learning Lab in Azuebar, whose evidence will contribute to the revision and improvement of the final training package
- An open and adoption-ready package of training resources for replication by other VET providers, published through a digital hub and made easily accessible through QR codes
