• To apply circular economy models (technologies) to the citrus and olive supply chains of three Mediterranean countries (Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon) by leveraging research outcomes and existing initiatives of European partners, through the implementation of three pilot projects in Lebanon, Jordan, and Turkey, designed to address specific aspects of agricultural waste valorisation
• To encourage the active participation of citizens, civil society organisations, farms, and public authorities in the transition to a circular and resource-efficient economy by raising awareness of agricultural bio-based products through project events, five workshops, two job-shadowing experiences, three pilot projects, three training sessions, and the signing of six Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs)

• Three pilot projects implemented: two innovative solutions (IS) developed by the Laboratory (Lab) in Lebanon and Jordan related to olive pomace valorisation for the production of bio-based products for feed mills and bioactive compounds for the cosmetic industry; one IS developed by the Lab in Turkey related to depectinized citrus pulp for the feed industry
• At least 550 participants in the project activities will be more aware and motivated to contribute to the development of agricultural bio-based products
