Report on the Italo-Maltese Labour Market through desk analysis (quantitative), field analysis (qualitative), strategic analysis (identification of key factors for growth/stagnation in the labour market and related strategies), and human capital analysis (definition of current and future human capital needs between Malta and Sicily in the program’s priority sectors)
• JobMatch 2020 Cross-border Cooperation Centre equipped with a Statute and Internal Regulation, which governs the relationships among participants, specific competencies, and procedures
• JobMatch2020 Portal for delivering services such as counseling, tutoring, recruiting, and human resources management for both countries
• JobMatch2020 Work Experience Program aimed at 10 Italian and Maltese human resources, with internships provided by companies from both countries in the Program’s sectors (Blue Economy and Circular Economy)
