- Facilitate access to the labor market for NEETs and unemployed women through training and upskilling pathways based on innovative models developed following a needs assessment of the labor market, with a particular focus on sustainable economy sectors
- Strengthen collaboration among Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the social economy, and other key stakeholders to foster integration between training and the labor market in the blue, green, circular economy and sustainable agriculture sectors
- Engage public institutions and policy makers in the development of action plans and policies at the Euro-Mediterranean level to support and enhance youth and women employment programs
- 175 NEETs trained on-site
- 70 NEETs will have completed a 3-month traineeship in companies operating in the blue, circular, green economy and sustainable agriculture sectors
- 1,750 participants trained online
- 400 jobs expected (part-time/full-time contracts)
